Like Printed on US$ " IN GOD WE TRUST", Rawthrill also Trust in God,... actually alot and from Heart.
Three dayes before all rawthrill members had a teleconference bout initial planning, DharmedraD got some problem, so we almost cancelled the plan,
Friday afternoon; he got some solution to that problem, and we are again ready for the trip.
Ok, all the Rawthrill members are ready, car is ready, location is final, but who will drive the car, especially in ziz zags of Kasara Ghat.
Again we though that we shall cancel the plan.
Saturday DharmendraD find out a driver, and we are ready finally final.
Saturday night we decided that we all will meet at Kalyan, at DharmendraD's home by 10, will start our ride there, had dinner in between and will reach Shirdi by 4:00 am.
But as the punchline, we love most......
" Plans are prepared to be broken"
AshokD stuck in slow harbour train of Vashi to Thane.YBR & AVC went to Kanjurmarg from Goregaon in auto and boarded train from there to Kalyan........ 9:45 pm they were at kalyan, and still AshokD was at Sanpada.........DharmendraD calling up all three one by one, everybody telling DharmendraD, "Are 5 minitat pohochtoy"..........AVC's sandal broken down at kalyan station and he started searching 'mochi' at '10:00 pm', outside Kalyan Station, with walking like a ..........
hahahaha all mixup.
Great....
Ultimately around 11:30, we started the ride.
Had Huge Cheese tost somewhere before Kasara on Mumbai Nashik Highway. The road was really bumpy due to ongoing 4 laning work, and in night, due to limited vision, we are getting 'shaked' in the car. there was little traffic in the Ghat, but traffic mama, has diverted it through some other shortcut, which made the traffic bit less conjested.
Now, after reaching Nashik, there was confusion bout the road, AVC is saying that we have to go through Nashik, where as our drive saw one board which is shortcut through Ghoti (Same road for Bhandardara). We desided to follow James.
The road was good and by 5:30 we reached Shirdi.
Here the fun starts for the great Bath Adventure.
In the chilling morning hours, we saw 20 Rs JALWA, where there was a huge boiling water bucket in a hall, and every body wants to bath from same water, and walking in the hall wearing underware and brushing theiir teeth.......
can you imagin the scene.
We actually experienced it.......
and 2 guys even offered us the same joy in 15 Rs.
James was ready for it, but we dont wana do that.
We did some other seperate arrangement and got fresh.
The day was 26th Jan, and all the people from Mumbai, Thane, Pune and other places were there, but comparatively line is not so long, it took around 3 hrs. to take Darshan of Shri Saibaba.
Darshan was pleasant and nice.
After that we did some shopping of Sweets and purchased the Very Tastey Ladoos from Mandir.
After that AVC and YBR had heavy breakfast, whereas DharmndraD and James had very little.
We started to get back, on around 1 pm. bought some fresh Dalimba (Pommegranades), Peru (Guava) & Black grapes, from the roadside Mavshi. Also enjoyed the sugercane juice there.
One of our Langoti yaar Rajesh Pote was also in Shirdi same day with some other friends, we called him up, and had some chat.
After crossing Nashik there's some good caves on the left hand side of the road. Initially its not our plan, but thanks to DharmendraD, who planned this in the afternoon.
Its at some hight in the small hillock, and it took around 20 min. & (2 bislerry water bottles + MTDC tickets) to go to top. There you can see good Buddhist caves, small water ponds, rock cut slopes and Budhist Stupa (Like Karla Bhaja Near Lonavala). Rawthrill did some photoshoot there. you can see nice panoramic view of Nashik city from this place.
Just before Sunset, we left the caves.

Had some really nice Garam Kandabhaji near Kasara (This Hotel was only preparing Bhajis, and all the people are eathing only Bhajis), after Kasara there was a traffic jam near Shahapur.
As you know we are "Rawthrill" we turned our car inside the Shahapur Village, left the highway, and what............
the traffic inside the village is more conjested than highway.
So AshokD, YBR & AVC, get out of the car and try ( and succeeded) in managing the traffic, as if they were local persons, and know each and every route and car inside Shahapur village.

Somehow we reached highway again, now DharmendraD sharted his New Nokia Mobile, and we started the great Bhashan of his Idol, R ThakR.
Bhashan was Good, enjoyed it till DharmedraD's Home, DharmendraD dropped us at Kalyan Station and there this lovely trip is terminated.
